Prolific’s Intelligent Inverter Testing and Reporting Laboratory (IITRL) is an effective systemic response aimed at significantly enhancing productivity, efficiency and integrity of the inverter testing process along with the facility of automatic report generation that adheres to the strict guidelines and reporting formats of various international standards. IITRL is a versatile, PC based system with Inverter Test Pro, an intelligent inverter testing software, at its heart. IITRL consists of fully interfaced test instruments and an integrated test bench for the benefit of inverter manufacturers. IITRL – A comprehensive hardware-software suite catering to inverter, testing instruments and standards while encompassing the entire testing process.

Prolific’s IITRL is devised for testing of inverter, acquiring on-line data from test instruments, and printing reports that are compliant with all national and international standards such as IEC - 61000-6-2, EN 55011, IEEE 519 etc.

Grid Synchronization - whether the Inverter connects to grid or not

Verification of Responses on Heat Sink and Cabinet Temp Rise

Automatic Mode Testing (wake up and shutdown) with simulated /actual grid and DC input samples
